2 Peter 1:20-21: Above all, you must realize that no prophecy in Scripture ever came from the prophet’s own understanding, or from human initiative. No, those prophets were moved by the Holy Spirit, and they spoke from God.
Hebrews 1:1-3: God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

“I prayed for Faith and thought that someday Faith would come down and strike me like lightning. But Faith did not seem to come. One day I read in the tenth chapter of Romans, ‘Now faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.’ I had closed my Bible and prayed for Faith. I now open my Bible, and began to study, and Faith has grown ever since.” D.L. Moody

Colossians 3:15: Let the peace of God rule in your hearts.
“Everything that disturbs the peace of God in our hearts is sin, no matter how small it is, and no matter how little like sin it may at first appear to be.” The Calvary Road, Roy Hession
John 16:12: When He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth.
Philippians 4:6-7: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:8: Finally brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.
Power in the Truth
Hebrews 4:12: The word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing the soul and spirit, joints, and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
1 John 2:15: I have written to you young men, because you are strong and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil one.

Psalm 19:7-10: The law (instruction) of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony (statutes) of the Lord is sure (trustworthy),making wise the simple; the precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing (giving joy) the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure (radiant), enlightening the eyes; the fear of the Lord is clean (pure), enduring forever; the rules(decrees) of the Lord are true (firm), and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold.
Perfected in the Truth
Hebrews 10:12-14: But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, He sat down at the right hand of God, waiting from that time until His enemies should be made a footstool for His feet. For by a single offering He has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
John 17:17: Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth.
“The more truth you believe, the more sanctified you will be. The operation of truth upon the mind is to separate a man from the world unto the service of God.” Charles Spurgeon
“The Vigor of our Spiritual Life will be in exact proportion to the place held by the Bible in our life and thoughts. I solemnly state this from the experience of 54 years.” Halley’s Bible Handbook. Dr. Henry. H. Halley
2 Timothy 3:16: All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
